Service Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions and Interpretation

“Resume Writing Service” means the resume writing services consisting of the Lite, Pro, Comprehensive, Basic and any additional services that the Customer has requested in the Resume writing service and shall include any rectification services the ResumeLengkap may be requested to provide resulting out of a Customer Dispute in accordance with the terms of this Policy

“Resume Service Duration” means the estimated amount of time the ResumeLengkap will require to carry out the Resume Writing Services in accordance with the Writing Request; “Writing Service Fee” means the total fee payable by the Customer for the Writing Services; and “Website” means www.resumelengkap.my and any associated ResumeLengkap mobile phone applications.

2. Cancellations and Amendments by the Customer

The Customer shall not be permitted to cancel and amend Writing Request on the Website or by contacting Resume Lengkap, free of charge, after completing the payment. The Customer agree:

  • That there will be no refunds on the payment made.
  • To amend the resume draft up to three (3) times within the resume service duration of 7 working days upon the first draft is received.
    For “Amendments”, It covers:
  1. Adjustments to current employment, change of personal details, addition of new roles / qualifications and corrections to errors.
  2. If a change is required to the resume’s target / main use, further charges apply. Examples of this include, altering the Resume to apply for a role unrelated to the original resume purchased. If you’re unsure, please contact us first.

Once you have received your order we will assume your order is complete unless you advise us that adjustments are required within 7 working days. In order to be as efficient as possible we do recommend you outline any required adjustments in an email and send this to enquiry [at] resumelengkap.com. Once we have received your email we will respond should we feel in our experience your adjustments need to be re-considered. We aim to complete any requested adjustments within 2 working days of your request. If you would like it sooner then please do advise us of this so that we may try and do the adjustments sooner. Should adjustments be minimal in nature (e.g. 1-2 sentences) then we do recommend you adjust the Resume and send it to us and we can review and advise on any recommendations.

3. Service

We recommend that if you disagree with any of these Terms and Conditions you do not use our website. From time to time we may decide to change these Terms and Conditions. Should these changes take place after you have placed an order with ResumeLengkap then the original Terms and Conditions at the time of placing you order will apply. A contract with our service will only exist when ResumeLengkap has accepted your order. Occasionally we may refuse an order without notice but will inform you within 24 hours of your order.

All prices listed on the ResumeLengkap website are subject to change without prior notice and ResumeLengkap does not accept any liability for this. Should our prices change after you have placed an order then the price at the time of purchase will apply.

If we find that due to the nature of your order; e.g. complex information we will fall outside the agreed turnaround time we will contact you to discuss this. Similarly if we find that due to resources we will fall outside of the agreed turnaround time we will contact you to discuss this and agree any required actions.

We do recommend that throughout the process of your order being completed you do check your Junk or Spam folder. We cannot accept any liability for where an order has been sent but perceived as not received for this reason. Any additional services ordered (for example LinkedIn) will also accompany your completed order within 48 hours of your Resume being confirmed as final.

We provide our services in good faith and complete orders to the best of our knowledge by experienced resume writers. We cannot accept any liability should you suffer any loss or damage from taking our advice.

4. Customer Disputes

ResumeLengkap is committed to ensuring that you receive the Resume and customer service that you deserve. If for any reason you are unhappy with either the Resume, the customer service you receive or any other aspect of our service please let us know. We will ensure that any problem is resolved as quickly as possible and aim to resolve any complaint within one working day.

5. Use of Website

No content on this site may be copied / distributed without the express permission of ResumeLengkap. In addition, this website contains links to external sites and we do not recommend / warrant any products, or services found.
